Frequently asked
questions
Quick answers to the questions we hear most often about working with Xupyter — services, process, pricing, and support.
Company
We design and build custom business systems — ERP, CRM, automation, and web platforms — for growing companies. We focus on operational systems that fit how you actually work, with an architecture-first approach and full-cycle ownership from discovery to post-launch support.
We are headquartered in Bharuch, Gujarat, India (Xupyter Solutions Pvt Ltd) and work with clients across India, the UK, Europe, the Middle East, the US, and Canada.
Growing companies and startups that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools — businesses with unique workflows that generic software can’t handle, and teams that want a long-term technology partner rather than a one-time build.
Yes. A simple automation or internal tool is a common starting point (often $5k–$10k), and many clients grow from there into full CRM or ERP platforms.
Services
Custom ERP and CRM platforms, internal tools and admin dashboards, business websites, e-commerce stores, automation and AI-ready systems, API and system integrations (including SAP), and architecture and technical strategy.
We are stack-agnostic — MERN, Laravel, Flutter, serverless, and more. We pick the right stack for the problem and design every product to be AI-ready by default, so new capabilities can be added without a rebuild.
Yes. API and system integrations are a core service, including connections to ERP, CRM, payment, and third-party platforms — and SAP integration is a dedicated offering.
Process
We work in five phases: discovery, architecture, design, testing, and delivery and iteration. You get a proposal and scope before any build, then working software in two-week sprints with weekly demos.
Typical timelines are 1–2 weeks for a simple automation or tool, 2–4 weeks for an internal tool or dashboard, 4–8 weeks for a CRM, portal, or business platform, and 8–12+ weeks for a complex multi-system platform.
We work in two-week sprint cycles with working software delivered each sprint, plus weekly demos so you see real progress as we go.
Yes. Deployment is not the finish line — we set up monitoring, integrate feedback, and continue refining the system. We build for a long-term partnership with maintenance and continuous improvement.
Pricing & Engagement
Typical ranges are $5k–$10k for a simple automation or internal tool, $10k–$25k for a business platform, CRM, or portal, $25k–$50k for a full ERP or multi-system platform, and $50k–$100k+ for a complex enterprise system.
Projects start with a 30–50% non-refundable deposit, followed by milestone-based payments tied to deliverables defined in the Statement of Work. Invoices are net 15 days.

resource
At a minimum: item and SKU records, multiple locations, real-time stock levels, a full history of stock movements, purchase orders and receiving, order fulfillment, stock adjustments and counts, low-stock alerts, reporting and integrations with your accounting and sales tools. Barcode scanning is worth adding early, because it does more for accuracy than almost any other feature.
