A manufacturing operations system managing the complete order lifecycle, inventory, production, invoicing, payments, customer accounts, and direct point-of-sale sales.
The Challenge
The order lifecycle was distributed across separate tools. Sales orders lived in one place, production in another, and invoicing was handled after the fact.
Stock levels were not linked to what production consumed. Staff had to check multiple places to answer customer questions, and payment status was outside the ordering workflow.
The Solution
Xupyter built a manufacturing operations platform where orders flow into production workflows, inventory is updated as materials are consumed and finished goods are produced, and invoicing and payments remain connected to orders. A POS module handles direct sales.

How It Works
An order is entered once, moves into production, consumes inventory, produces finished goods, and reaches invoicing and payment. POS transactions use the same operational foundation. Management sees orders, production, inventory, and payments together.
