Overview

A multi-carrier delivery operations platform designed to sit alongside carrier applications and make the driver's route, loading, navigation, and proof-of-delivery workflow more efficient.

The Challenge

Independent delivery drivers may handle packages from multiple carrier systems, forcing them to move between carrier applications while planning routes and managing physical packages.

The workflow becomes particularly difficult when a driver has a large number of stops and needs to identify packages, load the vehicle, optimize the sequence, navigate between stops, and capture delivery proof.

The Solution

Xupyter built a workflow that combines package scanning, AI-assisted waybill reading, route creation, route optimization, vehicle loading, navigation, delivery proof, and history.

FlexMesh does not replace carrier applications. It operates on top of them, focusing on route planning, loading, navigation, and proof while carrier systems remain responsible for official carrier processes.

Key Capabilities

  • Waybill scanning
  • AI document extraction
  • Multi-carrier package grouping
  • Route optimization
  • Vehicle loading
  • Navigation
  • Proof of delivery
  • GPS capture
  • Delivery history

How It Works

Drivers scan waybills, create or join a route, optimize the sequence, load the vehicle, navigate through stops, and record delivery proof. Package and route information remains available for later review.

Impact

The platform turns a fragmented multi-carrier delivery workflow into one operational sequence from scan to route to delivery proof. Product-site claims around time and cost savings should be treated as product claims rather than independently verified metrics.
