Overview
An ERP-style internal operations platform connected to the customer-facing Blest Signs storefront and designed to replace fragmented sales, purchasing, inventory, production, and payment processes.
The Challenge
The business relied heavily on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, shared drives, manual catalog distribution, and third-party invoicing. Confidential quotation and payment information had to be shared manually across team members.
There was no centralized inventory or purchase-order record, and customer orders were disconnected from production and fulfillment workflows.
The Solution
Xupyter built an internal operational system covering leads, orders, products, categories, materials, inventory, purchase orders, production workflows, invoicing, payments, supplier operations, and fulfillment.
The storefront and internal system were connected so customer orders could enter the operational workflow while role-based access separated information for designers, production staff, and other teams.

How It Works
Customer and lead information enters the operational system, orders move into fulfillment and production, inventory reflects stock movement, and purchasing can be triggered when required. Invoices and payments remain connected to the relevant operational records.
Impact
The business moved from fragmented manual operations to a connected customer-to-production workflow with stronger control over orders, payments, inventory, purchasing, and internal access.
