About the role
This is a fresher-friendly Laravel role. You do not need commercial experience, but you should have built at least one real project in Laravel — CRUD, auth, validation, relationships — and be able to explain your own code in the interview.
You will start with guided tasks on live projects: admin panels, reports, small business modules, and bug fixes, all reviewed by a senior developer. This is a remote, full-time role, Monday to Friday. Expect steady mentoring for the first couple of months and real responsibility after that.
Stipend/salary for this role is Rs. 25,000 - 30,000 per month. It is a good fit for someone who wants to learn proper Laravel — queues, clean controllers, testing basics — instead of just installing plugins.
Requirements
- Basic Laravel project built by you (college, personal, or internship work counts).
- Understands MVC, routing, Eloquent relationships, validation, and Blade.
- Basic MySQL knowledge — migrations, queries, and relationships.
- Familiar with Git and able to work with reviewed pull requests.
- Willing to learn queues, testing, and clean backend practices on the job.
- Available full-time, Monday to Friday, remote within India.
