About the role
We are looking for a Spring Boot developer with around 2 years of production experience to join our engineering team. This is a remote, full-time role, Monday to Friday. You will work on live backend systems — APIs, integrations, and database work that real businesses depend on every day.
You will work directly with a senior engineer, not through layers of management. Expect clear tickets, code reviews, and responsibility for the services you build. If you like clean backend code, understand how JPA and transactions actually behave, and can debug a production issue without panicking, you will fit in well.
Salary for this role is Rs. 32,000 - 40,000 per month, depending on how you do in the interview and a short practical task. This is a long-term position for someone who wants steady backend work, not freelance-style task hopping.
Requirements
- Around 2 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot in production.
- Strong with REST APIs, Spring Data JPA, and PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Comfortable with authentication, role-based access, and third-party integrations.
- Can read logs, debug issues, and write clean, reviewed code with tests.
- Familiar with Git, Maven/Gradle, and deploying on a VPS or cloud server.
- Available full-time, Monday to Friday, with good overlap during IST working hours.
